The rental-turned-condo building has a new port-cochere as one of its offerings

New interior photos of the rental-to-condo converted building along the Upper East Side at 200 East 62nd Street, now going by 200 E 62, have surfaced, giving a preview of what the common areas within the redesigned luxury building will look like. Curated by architecture and design firm Messana O’Rorke, the building’s interiors are have “an emphasis on openness,” throughout its 115 units while offering expansive one- through four-bedroom floor plans and stunning views.

As the conversion progresses along within the 30-story tower, developed by O’Conner Capital Partners, its recently finished porte-cochere, children’s playroom, and a few photos of the Dufner Heighes and Lawton Mull-designed model units, have been revealed. But these aren’t the only amenities that will be offered to residents. There will also be a fitness center, club room, bicycle storage, and a landscaped rooftop terrace with views of Central Park.

As expected, prices for the various units aren’t cheap. A 1BD/1.5BA begins at $1.85 million from there both sizes and prices go all the way up to as much as $5.7 million for a 2,536-square-foot 4BD/4.5BA duplex. There are currently 13 available units up for sale and ready for occupancy.
