Leasing is now underway on apartments located on floors 32 through 54

Earlier this year, leasing got underway on the first set of apartments at the Art Deco landmark, 70 Pine Street, a former office tower that’s in the midst of a renovation into luxury apartments. Now developer Rose Associates has announced that leasing on the second set of apartments, located on floors 32 through 54, and known as The Tower Collection, is currently underway.

This section of the building features studio, one, and two-bedroom units, and what’s more, there are only seven apartments per floor. The 66-story building contains over 600 apartments that range in size from studios to three-bedrooms. Over 150 them have private outdoor spaces. Leasing on the first section pertained to the apartments located on floors seven through 31 (City Collection), and the final set of apartments on the upper floors of the building are yet to be made available.

Prices range from $3,400 for a studio in the City Collection and go up to $8,000 per month for a two-bedroom in the Tower section. Some of the features in the Tower apartments include 9.5-feet tall ceilings. hardwood floors, washer & dryer in-unit, and stainless steel appliances courtesy Jenn Air and Blomberg.

Residents have already moved into the lower floors of the building, and about 60 percent of those apartments have now been rented out. The iconic lobby has been open to the public for sometime now, and it is also the location of a coffee shop, Black Fox Coffee, a New York City outpost of the Melbourne, Australia venue.

Once the renovation is complete, the building will also be home to a 23,000-square-foot fitness center operated by La Palestra. The fitness center will come with a bowling alley and a golf simulator.

In addition, Four floors of this building have been converted into a 132-room residential hotel, Q&A, where guests can stay in fully-furnished apartments for 30 days or less. Curbed first got a chance to tour the building in December last year just as it had wrapped up the first phase of renovation.
