This week we’re looking at stunning homes in Brooklyn Heights, Clinton Hill, Bushwick, and more

Welcome to the Brooklyn Townhouse Roundup, where we—you guessed it—take a look at the most notable Brooklyn townhouses on the market. Got tips? Send ’em here.

↑In Brooklyn Heights, a sunny five-bedroom townhouse with much of its original design is asking $4.995 million—over $1 million less than it’s last asking price of $6.25 million. It would take some serious work to bring the Neo-Grec-style house into the 21st-century, however, it could make for a fun renovation project. Some of the historic details include decorative mantles, moldings, pocket shutters, and an elaborate staircase.

↑An unassuming townhouse in Clinton Hill with a rather drab exterior offers a complete shock within. Inside the two-family home is a beautifully designed space encompassing five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and finished basement. According to its listing, the house “embraces the PASSIV HAUS building standard” while still offering plenty of modern luxuries. Asking price is $2.299 million.

↑A quirky but charming brownstone in Bed-Stuy poses lots of opportunity for someone willing to undertake it as a restoration project. The kitchen, bathroom, and possibly other areas of the house need work to make it more presentable but the home still has plenty of its original charm in place. The six-bedroom abode is asking $1.775 million.

↑A limestone Bushwick townhouse with narrow interiors is going for $1.339 million. The unit is a two-family home with relatively small apartments, judging by the photos. It could either be reconfigured into a larger single-family space or used as an opportunity to earn rental income. The simple-designed space has a few good highlights that include hardwood floors, a small amount of exposed brick, a finished basement, and new stainless steel appliances in the small kitchens.

↑A lovely Bed-Stuy brownstone on what brokers describe as a “quintessential” block has been fully gut renovated but still maintains much of its original details. The two-family home is filled with classic wood floors, doors, and ornate moldings. There are at least three decorative fireplace mantles as well as a stunning wooden staircase, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Modern amenities include a huge open chef’s kitchen, redesigned bathrooms, and a finished basement. Asking price is $4.45 million.
