Sales just got underway at this Gene Kaufman-designed building in Harlem, which he described in 2014 as having a “jazz-inflected energy and cool vibe.” The project features two adjacent buildings—a six-story and seven-story condo respectively that have a combined total of 31 apartments.
Apartments here come in studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedroom with prices on studios starting at $349,000. A couple of other apartments (both one-bedrooms) have appeared on Halstead’s website, which is marketing the units. Those apartments are asking $561,000 and $629,00 respectively. Sales got underway on September 7, and developers recently unveiled a new website for the project. All of the listings are scheduled to go live today.
Amenities at the condo include a landscaped courtyard, virtual doorman, a resident lounge, a fitness center with a yoga area, a pet spa, and bicycle storage.
