There’s lots of charm here, particularly in the big kitchen
Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.
There’s no shortage of nice Upper West Side co-ops on the market, but this one has a little extra oomph—and not just because it’s a member of the Six-Digit Club. Unlike the other Upper West Side co-op we showed you yesterday, this one actually has some breathing room; it’s a one-bedroom, for starters, and that bedroom could actually fit a king-sized bed if you so choose. The kitchen is also rather nice, with two windows (one of which has a window seat, even), a dishwasher, and a decent amount of counter space. It’s also only a half block from Riverside Park. Sure, there are drawbacks—the maintenance is $1,210; it’s still just a one-bedroom apartment—but all in all, it’s rather lovely.
