The apartment’s outdoor space appears to be nearly as large as the bedroom
Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.
The area surrounding Gramercy Park isn’t known for being particularly affordable, which makes this one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op on East 18th Street a real gem. The apartment, nestled between charming Irving Place and Third Avenue, comes with an updated kitchen and bathroom, and a terrace large enough to dine on. Granted, some of its finishes bely the building’s age (parquet wood floors always have a way of doing that.) The co-op is asking $850,000, or $1,316 per square foot, and comes with a monthly maintenance charge of $1,011.
